Job description
7-Eleven has released a notice of hiring the eligible applicants for the post of store leader in canada. Persons who are eligible and willing to join this post can apply for this post. Candidates who applied for this post must attain the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, for all store employees to be eligible for this post. Applicants must be able to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity to be eligible for this post. They must have completed a high school diploma or GED but not required for candidates that have at least 1/1+ years of retail management experience to be eligible for this post. Candidates must have the ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs to be eligible for this post. Candidates who applied for this post must attain the ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change. Candidates must attain the ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the 7Rewards loyalty program to be eligible for this post. Applicants who apply for this post must attain the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with applicable laws and requirements relating to food safety to be eligible for this post.

Work setting They must be able to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in stock. Applicants must have excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills to be eligible for this post. Applicants must have proficient computer knowledge to be eligible for this post. Candidates will get RRSP benefits working at this post. Applicants will also get paid PTO Plans facility at this post.
