This is a 12 months mandate
On site presence is required min 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
Budget Control & Monitoring (CAPEX & OPEX): Track daily project costs, verify proper cost allocation (WBS), manage invoicing, accruals, and variance analysis.

Financial Forecasting & Reporting: Develop budget forecasts, prepare management reports, and present cost status to leadership and key stakeholders.

Governance & Best Practices: Ensure strict adherence to cost control processes, maintain industry standards, and document historical data for future benchmarking.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical subject matter expert partnering with project teams, Finance, leadership, and external parties to ensure seamless communication.

Operational Support & Innovation: Propose innovative solutions to operational challenges, adapt strategies as business needs evolve, and support management on ad-hoc initiatives.

Qualifications
Education & Designations:
Bachelro`s degre in accounting or finance is required
CPA professional accounting designation or in th eprocess of obtaining ( is an asset)

Experience: 2+ years of relevant accounting and financial experience.

Languages: You must speak and write French at a high level

Software & Technical Systems: Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office with very strong Excel skills.
Thorough knowledge of various computer software programs including spreadsheet and word processor

Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Advanced working knowledge of related Microsoft Office software, company financial systems, enterprise structure and standard operating procedures, etc.

Ability to effectively manage and prioritize workload and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form. This includes the ability to effectively interact with peers, internal and external stakeholders.
