What are our expectations

The identified candidate will be required to work with local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to lead multiple continuous improvement, Digital Transformation, and enterprise AI implementation projects. This includes all project management activities, as well as the development of process documentation, organizational change management plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies. The candidate will collaborate closely with Digital Technology (DT), Data & AI teams, and business stakeholders to support the successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise.

The candidate will also be responsible for driving the day-to-day activities related to the P&WC Quality Transformation, including regular follow-ups with Initiative Owners, reporting and status tracking, and facilitating additional ideation sessions to identify, prioritize, and document new initiatives and their associated business benefits. In addition, the candidate will work closely with other RTX business units, including Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace, Raytheon, and RTX Corporate, to benchmark AI capabilities, share best practices, identify enterprise AI opportunities, and promote collaboration and alignment across the RTX enterprise.

What your day to day will look like

• Lead multiple cross-functional Quality, Digital Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and AI initiatives simultaneously

• Partner with Digital Technology (DT), Data & AI teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to develop and deploy digital applications and AI-enabled solutions

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Operations, IT, Data Science, and Business SMEs.

• Interface with Internal and external stakeholders to drive accountability

• Collaborate with RTX business units, including Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace, Raytheon, and RTX Corporate, to benchmark AI capabilities, share best practices, identify enterprise AI opportunities, and promote collaboration and alignment across the RTX enterprise

• Monitor project performance using KPIs and regularly communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to senior leadership

• Provide oversight and coaching to SMEs/initiative owners throughout project execution

• Facilitate workshops to identify business opportunities, document processes, define requirements, and prioritize transformation initiatives

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Develop and deploy change management plans, as well as process documentation and work-instructions

The tools you need to be successful:

Must haves:

• Baccalaureate and minimum of 5 years of experience;

• Experience leading AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Analytics, or Intelligent Automation initiatives;

• Experience collaborating with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Digital Technology teams

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies;

• Experience with business process mapping, process documentation and process optimization;

• Knowledge of SAP an asset;

• Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);

• Focus on processes and results;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Collaboration and teamwork;

• Autonomy, perseverance and versatility, in addition to a strong business sense;

• Sense of ethics and respect;

• Ability to propose new and creative solutions;

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment; however, it requires a very good knowledge of English (documentation and technical terms, write and communicate with customers, suppliers or international teams)
