Founded in 2020, Oral-Facial Advantage | Myofunctional Therapy continues to grow. Following the opening of our new five-operatory specialty clinic in Ottawa, I am looking for an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join the team. This is an opportunity to transition from traditional dental hygiene into a rewarding specialty career within an established clinic dedicated entirely to airway, breathing, oral function, sleep, and facial development. You'll focus on becoming an outstanding Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist while I provide the mentorship, systems, administrative support, and clinical framework to support your success. As your schedule becomes established, associates typically earn the equivalent of

$65–$85 per hour Flexible part-time to full-time opportunities. Make your own schedule. Start with as little as one day per week while training and grow to a minimum commitment of three days per week as your schedule develops Qualifications

Required: Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing Minimum 5–6 years of clinical dental hygiene experience. Associates work independently after onboarding, I am looking for clinicians with the confidence, communication skills, and clinical experience that come with several years of practice. Already trained in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, or currently enrolled in an accredited Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy program with an expected completion date by September 2026 A genuine passion for helping patients and continually improving your clinical skills Who Will Thrive Here
