Job description
Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: + Months

Summary
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing new account applications and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and process new account applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence checks and verification procedures to meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Perform account maintenance tasks, such as updating customer information, account closures, and account transfers, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage documentation retention in compliance with record-keeping regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and support a positive and cooperative work environment.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in banking operations is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing and verifying documentation.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with banking systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
