Job description
Job Title: Core Java Developer Focus: Low-level logic, performance, and multithreading. The Role: You will be the architect of our internal systems, focusing on data processing, concurrency, and high-performance computing. This isn't about making things look pretty; it's about making things work fast and reliably. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications.
  • Optimize memory management, garbage collection, and JVM tuning.
  • Maintain robust multithreading and concurrency patterns.
Technical Stack: Java 11/17+, Data Structures & Algorithms, Multithreading, JVM Internals, JDBC, Maven/Gradle. Job Title: Java Backend Developer
Focus: API design, microservices, and database integration.
The Role: You are the engine room. You'll build the scalable APIs and services that power our platforms, ensuring seamless communication between the server and the front end.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
  • Implement microservices architectures using Spring Boot.
  • Manage database interactions, migrations, and query optimization.
Technical Stack: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker. Job Title: Java Frontend Developer
Focus: UI/UX implementation using Java-based frameworks or modern JS.
Note: In modern tech, this usually means a developer who understands the Java ecosystem but specializes in the presentation layer (Thymeleaf, JSF, or Angular/React).
The Role: You bridge the gap between complex backend logic and a seamless user experience. You'll ensure that the data provided by our Java services is rendered beautifully and intuitively.

  • Develop responsive user interfaces and interactive web components.
  • Integrate frontend views with Spring-based backend services.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and UI performance.
Technical Stack: Java, Thymeleaf/JSF, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular, CSS3/SASS, HTML5. Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer
Focus: End-to-end delivery and "big picture " development.
The Role: You are a generalist who can take a feature from a napkin sketch to a live production environment. You're equally comfortable debugging a CSS issue as you are optimizing a SQL join.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of end-to-end features from UI to Database.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Technical Stack: The "Whole Box " Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, SQL, AWS/Azure, Jenkins/GitLab CI.
