Responsibilities:
• Promote a client-focused culture and help build long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate client meetings, including booking meeting rooms, preparing documentation, managing schedule changes, organizing seminars, welcoming participants, coordinating refreshments, following up after meetings, and entering meeting notes into the contact management system.
• Process client requests, including account transfers, deposits, withdrawals, payments, tax receipt requests, and account statements.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and escalate matters when appropriate.
• Deliver efficient administrative support by following up on regulatory documentation, maintaining up-to-date client records, and verifying daily transactions and system entries for accuracy.
• Resolve client operational issues accurately and efficiently, issue instructions for withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and other transactions according to established guidelines, and ensure all interactions are properly documented.
• Understand the documentation requirements for various client account types.
• Contribute to the team's success by building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders while maintaining a high level of client service.
• Comply with regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.
• Perform duties in accordance with ethical standards, internal controls, and operational risk, compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), anti-terrorist financing (ATF), and conduct risk requirements.

What you will need to succeed:
• Postsecondary education.
• Professional designation.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual in English and French to provide client service, respond to inquiries, coordinate meetings, process client files, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in both languages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
