University degree or college diploma in policy, public administration, economics, business or a related field A minimum of five (5) years of recent, demonstrated work experience in project management, including managing non-IT related projects A minimum of five (5) years of recent, demonstrated experience managing complex, multi ‑ stakeholder initiatives with evolving scope while maintaining continuity, including documenting and managing changes to scope and deliverables. Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, governance best practice and change control processes, with the ability to apply them effectively to support successful project delivery Demonstrated ability to design and implement project governance structures Demonstrated strong judgment in identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and escalating risk and issues to support effective decision-making and timely resolution Demonstrated ability to build and maintain credibly, effective relationships with senior subject ‑ matter experts and stakeholders, fostering alignment, accountability, and timely achievement of project objectives Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, particularly in governance and senior ‑ level contexts Demonstrated experience working in multidisciplinary environments involving research, policy, operations, technology, and external stakeholders Demonstrated experience stabilizing, recovering, and successfully delivering in-flight projects by addressing governance gaps, resolving issues, realigning stakeholders, and re-establishing clear delivery plans and accountabilities Desired Skills
