Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive leadership experience in delivering large-scale technology, digital, data, analytics, AI, or business transformation initiatives. A strong background in leading multidisciplinary teams and a proven track record in building and scaling modern delivery organizations, particularly in the AI domain, are essential. The role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, delivery approaches, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders. Experience in transforming organizations from project-based to product-based delivery models and a strong grasp of responsible AI principles are also key qualifications. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with advanced degrees being an asset, and experience in highly regulated industries is preferred.
