The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the company's digital asset vision into actionable programs and measurable outcomes. This senior leadership position involves leading the end-to-end delivery of initiatives across various key streams, including custody, trading, settlement, tokenization, payments, and wealth management. The role requires a strong focus on strategy execution, program delivery, and cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment with the company's strategic direction. The Executive Director will also be accountable for building and nurturing key client, partner, and vendor relationships, as well as for the quality of execution and team performance. Applicants for this role at the company should have a background that combines strong business and technical credibility, with a focus on digital assets, blockchain technology, and the institutional financial services landscape. A minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or program delivery role, is essential.
