Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime as required)
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate delivery schedules, track shipments, and dispatch trucking for job site deliveries while managing overall yard resources.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials and tools.
Inventory Control: Maintain precise inventory records, compile routine performance reports, and track data using Basic Excel.
Yard Optimization: Design and maintain efficient storage setups to maximize yard space, keep upcoming jobs accessible, and protect materials from damage or weathering.
Safety & Maintenance: Inspect tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness while strictly adhering to workplace safety standards.
Yard & Warehouse Duties: Keep materials organized, perform manual material handling, and execute general warehouse/yard tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Forklift Certification: Valid Forklift License with proven experience operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB) forklift.
Logistics Background: Prior experience in shipping/receiving, yard management, or materials coordination.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory and data tracking.
Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical labor and work comfortably in an indoor/outdoor yard environment.

ResponsibilitiesUtilize a scheduling system to coordinate, track, and provide trucking for the delivery of materials to job sites while managing yard resources.
Maintain highly accurate inventory records, provide routine performance and status reports, and utilize Basic Excel for tracking
Implement efficient storage methods to maximize yard space utility, keeping upcoming jobs accessible and materials safe from damage or weathering
Inspect materials and equipment to ensure proper working conditions while strictly implementing and maintaining workplace safety standards.
Store materials in an orderly manner, safely execute physical labor, and fulfill other general yard and warehouse duties as required.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma (or equivalent) with proven experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Computer literate with a working knowledge of Basic Excel; experience with routine maintenance operations is a strong asset.
Must have the physical ability to safely and consistently lift up to 50 lbs and work in conditions requiring specialized PPE (steel-toed boots, safety glasses/goggles).
A valid driver’s license is strictly required.
Must be able to work independently in a busy environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
