YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Use the shear to cut parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical plans to prepare, measure, and mark aluminum or steel based on drawings or templates.
• Perform unfolded calculations and optimize material usage.
• Check material availability in the ERP system.
• Carry out cutting, bending, punching, drilling, profiling, and straightening operations on aluminum.
• Assemble aluminum panels.
• Operate a forklift to transport aluminum sheets.
• Grind and polish joints, fittings, and rough surfaces to ensure quality finishes.
• Inspect parts to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Apply protection to aluminum sheets and package finished products, if necessary.
• Stock drawers with metal sheets using the forklift.
• Perform other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- DEP in sheet metal work or other relevant training and experience.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Excellent manual skills.
- Ability to operate a forklift (training provided on-site).
