POSITION SUMMARY:
The responsibility of this position is to provide strategic leadership for our client s Service Contracts products. They will be responsible for developing a global market strategy, provide product development recommendations (to differentiate our client from its competitors), maintain customer relationships and create strategic alliances. The objective of the Services Contract Director is to grow our client s Services Contract market share and profit, generate new revenue (from new opportunities) and ensure a long-term sustainable Services Contract business.
