Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un.e Responsable de projet - Changement Produit (PCL) Avioniques pour rejoindre notre équipe de Gestion du Programme A220 basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous reporterez à l’équipe responsable du PDT Systèmes.
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe de développement du Programme A220 dans le périmètre des Systèmes, dont le but est de piloter l’ensemble des évolutions des systèmes embarqués de l’avion A220.
L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre rôle en tant que Responsable de projet - Changement Produit (PCL) Avioniques sera de piloter une évolution stratégique de l'avionique de l'A220 afin de répondre aux besoins fondamentaux de nos clients. En tant que leader de programme, vous veillerez à ce que l'A220 demeure à la fine pointe de la technologie aérospatiale.

Your challenges:
- Master the Full Lifecycle: Lead high-impact projects from initial launch all the way to production and entry into service. You are the architect of the project's multi-year success.
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Guide a Multi-Functional Team (MFT) of specialists. You are not just a participant; you are the navigator ensuring engineering, industrialization, and procurement progress in seamless synchronization.
- Increased Accountability: Take full ownership of the four key pillars (schedule, cost/NRC-RC, quality, and scope). Your decisions directly influence the program's profitability and its reputation among our airline partners.
- Configuration Management: Act as a cornerstone within our configuration management program, evolving our methods for managing complex changes in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in management/engineering, or 15 years of equivalent experience (PMP certification is an asset);
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product development;
- You are a seasoned project or program leader with a "bridge-builder" mindset;
- You thrive in the aerospace sector and have proven experience managing complex, long-term technical projects;
- You don't just follow a plan-you anticipate risks, influence stakeholders, and deliver results that exceed the high expectations of our global customers;
- Demonstrated high level of leadership and influence;
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Planisware (an asset);
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities;
- Open-mindedness, strong teamwork capabilities, organizational skills, autonomy, and perseverance;
- Fully bilingual (spoken and written) in French and English.
