Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and recommend appropriate life insurance and living benefits solutions.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to help clients understand their insurance and financial protection options.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding policy coverage, eligibility, policy changes, beneficiary updates, claims, and billing questions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, families, and business owners through regular follow-up and policy reviews.
- Educate clients on the importance of life insurance, income protection, and financial security planning.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, community involvement, and proactive outreach.
- Work with the agent to establish and achieve sales and marketing goals.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all recommendations align with clients' needs and objective
Requirements:
- Life License preferred (or willingness to obtain licensing).
- A genuine passion for helping people protect their families and financial future.
- Experience in relationship management, customer service, sales, business development, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and consultative conversations.
- Ability to identify protection needs and recommend tailored life insurance solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable presenting solutions to individuals, families, and business owners.
- Previous life insurance, employee benefits, insurance, or financial services experience is considered an asset.
