Talent Acquisition Sourcer

to join the Integrated Talent Solutions (ITS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to identify, engage, and attract top-tier passive talent across multiple business functions. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines, provide market intelligence, and enhance the overall candidate experience while supporting hiring goals through innovative sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality passive candidates.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and talent market trends.

Utilize advanced sourcing tools, social platforms, and research techniques to identify qualified candidates.

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Conduct talent market mapping, competitor analysis, and workforce research to support hiring strategies.

Drive creative sourcing campaigns that improve candidate engagement and increase diverse talent pipelines.

Track sourcing activities, funnel metrics, and reporting with accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with Talent Branding and internal recruiting teams to support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.

Present opportunities effectively by educating candidates on role scope, career growth, and compensation structure.

Continuously improve sourcing methodologies and recommend process enhancements based on market insights.

Core Technical Skills Required Skills

Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition sourcing across multiple business functions and geographic regions.

Strong background in passive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other sourcing technologies.

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, research, or dedicated sourcing roles.

Strong market mapping and competitive talent intelligence capabilities.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and sourcing data.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience sourcing for technology or high-growth startup organizations.

Experience partnering with employer branding and diversity recruiting initiatives.

Knowledge of recruitment marketing and candidate engagement strategies.Experience working with global or multi-region hiring teams.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting enterprise-level Talent Acquisition organizations.

Exposure to workforce planning and strategic talent forecasting.

Familiarity with sourcing automation tools and CRM platforms.
