Job description
Chef de mission en certification, CPA Statut d’emploi : Permanent, temps plein, temps partiel, formule hybride (télétravail, bureau disponible) Le cabinet de Danielle Masson CPA œuvre depuis plus de 30 ans auprès des petites et moyennes PME et accompagne ses entrepreneurs dans leurs divers projets. Nous sommes situés à Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures et desservons principalement des entreprises de la région. Nous sommes un petit cabinet tissé serré et prêt à accueillir une nouvelle recrue afin de pouvoir relever des nouveaux défis en équipe et répondre à notre clientèle grandissante! Nous sommes à la recherche d’un CPA ou d’un comptable expérimenté prêt à mener à bien différentes missions, soit des missions de compilation ou des missions d’examen, produire des impôts corporatifs et de particuliers et à soutenir nos clients dans leurs opérations courantes. Cabinet à Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures Un petit cabinet de taille humaine où tu es en contact avec les clients et peut les aider directement Une semaine flexible, tu choisis ton horaire Conciliation travail-famille Un mode de travail hybride selon tes besoins Une semaine où le bureau est fermé dans le temps des fêtes Un horaire allégé l’été, les vendredis après-midi le bureau est fermé « Casual Friday » le reste de l’année Du temps supplémentaire rémunéré ou repris en temps 3 semaines de vacances Un REER collectif avec la participation de l’employeur (RPDB) Remboursement des frais de l’Ordre des CPA et des formations continues Rémunération compétitive Remboursement des frais de déplacements quand tu vas chez des clients Possibilité d’association à moyen terme Ambiance sereine et d'entraide Le poste est une occasion en or de te développer et de pouvoir travailler dans une petite équipe à l’écoute de tes besoins. Nous sommes très flexibles et avons envie de te rencontrer! Le profil de notre futur collègue : Détenir un BAC en comptabilité Avoir un titre CPA (auditeur ou non) (un atout) Avoir au moins 3-5 ans d’expérience en cabinet Connaître les logiciels Caseware, Caseview, la suite Taxprep ou Ifirm, Sage 50, Quickbooks (un atout) ou vouloir apprendre à travailler avec ces outils Aimer apprendre, être un bon joueur d’équipe, vouloir s’améliorer constamment Vouloir aider et accompagner le client Maintenir nos hauts standards de qualité
