However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.About the roleWe are looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to work in our Kirkland Lake, ON office on a permanent full-time basis and join our growing team!What you’ll do here:Service on-going client needs, advise on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommend solutions, answer inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewalsSell new policies/write new business to existing or new clients, retain existing book of businessQuote new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receive walk-in clientsContact Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policyPrepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for clients, issue insurance certificates, process changes and review renewalsKeep current on underwriting rules and workflow processesActively participate in training initiativesParticipate in community marketing initiativesProcess Account Receivable activitiesProvide guidance and assistance as requestedWhat you bring to the table:Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience preferredExposure to Epic is an assetRIBO License is an assetStrong customer focusDemonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfullyStrong analytical and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills#LI-OnsiteThis role is a new member of our growing team.We are an equal opportunity employerBrokerLink is committed to providing an accessible environment.
