Een Medisch Specialist (M/V/X) voor de Dienst Nucleaire Geneeskunde – Jules Bordet Instituut


De dienst nucleaire geneeskunde van het H.U.B bundelt de activiteiten van nucleaire geneeskunde van de 3 ziekenhuizen.


De dienst telt 14 nucleair geneeskundigen met alle nodige expertise om kwaliteitsvolle geneeskunde te waarborgen in de verschillende domeinen van de diagnostische en therapeutische nucleaire geneeskunde, namelijk oncologie, neurologie, cardiologie, nefrologie, pediatrie, gastro-enterologie, endocrinologie, pneumologie en algemene interne geneeskunde.


De Dienst Omvat



  • 2 PET/CT’s (Ziekenhuis Erasme) en 1 PET/CT (Jules Bordet Instituut)

  • 1 PET/CT gewijd aan onderzoek

  • 4 SPECT/CT’s

  • 1 cyclotron (BIP)

  • 1 centrale radiofarmacie (GMP)

  • 5 hospitalisatiekamers voor behandeling met radiofarmaceutica


De dienst beschikt ook over een multidisciplinair team bestaande uit radiofarmaceuten, medisch fysici, technologen en zorgkundigen.


De inrichting van deze dienst streeft naar een uitgesproken collaboratieve en multidisciplinaire geest, met een cultuur van samenwerking, niet alleen binnen de dienst en het ziekenhuis, maar ook met andere diensten nucleaire geneeskunde (Sint-Pietersziekenhuis, Iris Ziekenhuizen Zuid).


De dienst nucleaire geneeskunde heeft de ambitie om patiënten klinische zorg te bieden die aan de spits van de vooruitgang staat, maar ook onderwijs en onderzoek van hoog niveau, waarbij het belang van de patiënt centraal staat in al zijn inspanningen.


Om het multidisciplinaire werk te realiseren dat de meeste situaties met zich meebrengen, werkt het team van nucleair geneeskundigen regelmatig samen met de andere diensten en klinieken van het H.U.B.


Gezocht profiel


U bent een medisch specialist in de betreffende discipline of in erkenningsprocedure en wenst u te integreren en opgeleid te worden in een universitaire omgeving.


De Toegangsvoorwaarden


Gemachtigd zijn om de geneeskunde uit te oefenen in België en erkend zijn als medisch specialist in de discipline die aansluit bij de voorgestelde opdrachten.


Deze functie kan het begin zijn van een toekomstige carrière bij het Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel.

Contractuele voorwaarden
