As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

We are searching for a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mississauga (on a 1 year contract), supporting the Ontario and Western Canada region. You should possess a unique blend of HR functional skills, business savvy, exceptional relationship building skills and a genuine passion for supporting your internal clients. You must be able to thrive working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and have an orientation towards working collaboratively, taking initiative and driving initiatives forward.

This is a 12 month contract role and can be based in Mississauga. This role is eligible for a Hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full-cycle talent acquisition, with a focus on management consulting talent
• Lead global recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment across regions and consistency in hiring practices
• Build and maintain strong networks within the consulting industry, enhancing employer brand and developing strategic partnerships
• Partner with leadership to design and execute targeted, global talent attraction strategies for consulting professionals
• Provide market intelligence, including global consulting industry trends, competitor insights, and innovative recruiting practices
• Proactively identify and engage high-calibre, passive consulting candidates through advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across all regions
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners globally to align on workforce needs and recruitment progress

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on management consulting hiring
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing consulting professionals across multiple regions
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders in a consulting environment
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities within niche, global consulting talent pools
• Business acumen, including the ability to interpret data and understand key consulting business drivers
• Adaptability, accountability, and comfort working in complex, ambiguous, and globally distributed environments

Hourly rate range: $48 - $68
