The Solution Architect is the technical backbone of the sales cycle. You\'ll partner directly with Account Executives and Customer Success to translate client requirements into validated OTTO solutions — owning technical discovery, solution design, proof-of-concept delivery, and integration scoping across Core, Pro, Pro+, and Enterprise tiers.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue — ideal for someone who can speak fluently to both a CTO\'s integration concerns and a Head of Compliance\'s audit requirements in the same meeting.
