  • Technical Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provides technical leadership to programs, leveraging functional knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines and program management.
  • Acts as the primary technical bridge to design engineering teams, feeding production and field-failure learnings back into the New Product Introduction (NPI) pipeline to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Initiates cross-company collaboration and develops positive relationships with other disciplines, including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and R&D.
  • Represents the organization as the principal customer contact and performs project leadership, coordinating the activities of other personnel as needed.
  • Post-Release Product Engineering & Issue Resolution: Leads the analysis and correction of post-release product issues by collecting, triaging, and monitoring field-use data and customer complaints to identify failure trends and safety hazards.
