The Project Director will provide leadership across multiple active projects while overseeing operational performance, financial reporting, safety, staffing, risk management, client relationships, and overall project delivery. 15+ years of civil infrastructure or heavy construction experience Experience leading multiple projects or project portfolios Strong financial, operational, and commercial management skills Background in municipal, transportation, utility, or heavy civil construction Proven ability to develop teams and build client relationships Engineering or Construction Management background preferred Confidential Inquiry
