The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the operational engine, driving cross-functional execution, and maintaining operational leadership across various departments. This senior role demands a driven and methodical operator with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Key responsibilities include owning the delivery of the CEO's initiatives, driving operational programs to completion, and directly managing the Team Success, IT, and Recruitment functions. The Head of Operations will also be tasked with operational governance, international compliance, and building company-wide operational systems, with a strong focus on AI-powered operations. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have 8-15 years of operational leadership experience, particularly in services, co-development, or growth-stage tech companies. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in driving cross-functional programs, international operations experience, and a proven ability to align across various functions.
