Program Manager – Community Access & Supported Living . About the Role

As the Program Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight to NAS' Community Access and Supported Living programs, ensuring high-quality services that empower individuals to achieve their goals and fully participate in their communities. This is a senior leadership role that combines operational excellence, strategic planning, and people leadership. You will lead and support Team Leaders, oversee service delivery, manage departmental resources and budgets, ensure compliance with funding and organizational standards, and champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will play an important role in shaping the future of NAS while ensuring your department contributes to the agency's mission and strategic priorities. What You'll Do

Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams

Coach, mentor, and support Team Leaders to achieve operational and service excellence. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and professional growth. Support employee development through supervision, coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing feedback. Build leadership capacity and encourage effective decision-making across teams. Ensure Community Access and Supported Living services are delivered in accordance with NAS values, policies, and PDD requirements. Oversee the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs), Planned Approaches, and other client support strategies. Monitor service quality, client outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support resolution of complex client, family, and stakeholder concerns. Manage Operations and Resources

Oversee departmental operations, systems, and administrative processes. Manage departmental budgets and ensure responsible use of resources. Work collaboratively with Accounting, Human Resources, and other internal departments. Ensure all required documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time. Build positive relationships with PDD, community partners, families, guardians, and other stakeholders. Coordinate and oversee funding proposal submissions and funding-related communications. Represent NAS professionally within the community and at stakeholder meetings. Support Organizational Success

Contribute to strategic planning and organizational initiatives as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Lead projects that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. Oversee risk management, health and safety initiatives, and the Abuse Prevention and Response Protocol (APRP) process. Participate in the executive on‑call rotation. What You Bring

Required

Diploma or Degree in a Human Services field from a recognized post-secondary institution. Minimum five (5) years of experience in the human services sector. Minimum three (3) to four (4) years of leadership or supervisory experience. Experience managing employees, budgets, and operational priorities. Strong administrative, reporting, and computer skills. Valid Class 5 Driver's License. Reliable vehicle with a minimum of $2,000,000 third-party liability insurance. Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field. Experience working within PDD-funded services. Knowledge of Supported Living and Community Access service models. Schedule:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Some evening and weekend work may be required) Starting Wage:

$33.35 per hour Vacation Pay:
