Annual Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

Are you a problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of science, safety, and real-world impact? Our Sudbury team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Project Technologist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a measurable difference in Hazardous Materials (HAZ) and Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) projects across the region. If you’re energized by field work, curious by nature, and passionate about creating healthier, safer environments, this is your opportunity to join a team that values your expertise and supports your growth every step of the way.

Pinchin makes buildings and environments better. We are a multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm with offices across North America. Our teams bring together expertise in environmental services, compliance, building science and resiliency, occupational health and safety, sustainability, and engineering. • Conduct invasive building assessments and testing (roof cut tests, water / leak tests, etc.)
  • Aid to develop designs and specifications for abatement/restoration projects.
  • Prepare detailed reports to present HAZ or IEQ findings, data interpretation, recommendations and detailed AutoCAD drawings.
  • Liaise between clients and contractors; maintaining existing client relationships and building new ones
  • Schedule field reviews with clients and contractors
  • Provide project support and technical guidance to junior staff
