Our client is a growing private equity firm that supports SMEs in their development, acquisition, business transfer, and governance projects. Backed by prominent Montreal-based business families active both locally and internationally, the firm leverages their expertise to help entrepreneurs succeed.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the successful candidate will be responsible for all accounting, financial, tax, and treasury activities for three investment funds and the management company (general partner).
The Financial Controller’s role is divided between two complementary areas: financial management of the funds (60%) and strategic projects and continuous process improvement (40%).
Salary: Above market rate + comprehensive benefits package
Schedule: Day shift, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
