About This Team

The P&C Operations group provides an elevated and global people experience powered by Digital. This includes enabling CoEs through digital platforms, delivering shared services through Service Delivery, and supporting a product-centric operating model. A day in the life: What you do

Define, maintain, and implement platform standards, governance, and operational processes across Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow HRSD ensuring accuracy, availability, and alignment with business needs Lead delivery of complex system initiatives and enhancements across foundational HR platforms with a high-performing team Optimize how Core HR systems and Service Delivery capabilities are leveraged to improve efficiency, data integrity, and employee experience Partner with stakeholders to drive transparent, trusted relationships and deliver on strategic roadmap priorities Lead cross-functional collaboration across P&C, Technology, and vendors to deliver system improvements and upgrades Drive a customer-focused culture that delivers simple, scalable, and high-impact solutions Demonstrate strong technical and business acumen across the system lifecycle (build, deploy, operate, optimize) Core Responsibilities

The Manager, Foundational HR Systems is part of the P&C Operations function and oversees a team of Business Analysts, Sr. Functional Analysts, and Functional Analysts. This role partners closely with P&C CoEs, global business stakeholders, and technology teams to define and deliver Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow-based solutions, ensuring alignment to business needs and service delivery outcomes.
