The successful candidate will be tasked with advancing the performance, growth, and value of the facilities management business. This executive will work closely with the CEO to identify and evaluate opportunities across the country, developing frameworks and initiatives that enhance facility performance, improve consistency, and support portfolio expansion. A key aspect of the role is to build and reinforce the company's position as the operator of choice for mid-sized arenas, recreation centers, and event venues, which involves establishing strong relationships with various stakeholders, including municipalities, arena operators, private developers, institutional owners, sports franchises, and Indigenous communities. Applicants for the Vice President, Facilities Optimization role at the company should be commercially driven executives with a proven track record in winning and negotiating venue management contracts, scaling multi-site operating platforms, and building long-term client relationships.
