About the Role The Company is seeking a Deputy Provost for the Marine Institute and Executive Director for Professional and Continuing Education. This senior leadership role is pivotal in advancing the institution's vision and priorities, particularly in the areas of academic and industry partnerships, research, and the development of professional and continuing education programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction, and organizational effectiveness of the Marine Institute, with a strong focus on fostering an inclusive environment that supports academic excellence, research impact, and student success. Key responsibilities include institutional and academic leadership, research leadership, industry relationships, and external partnerships, as well as operational management and finance.
