The Director of Clinical Operations is a full-time, on-site role located in St.-Paul, NB, responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and quality of clinical education experiences. This position manages clinical placements, maintains relationships with partner sites, and ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. The Director collaborates with faculty, staff, and external partners to align clinical experiences with program outcomes and student learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include monitoring clinical performance data, resolving operational issues, updating policies and procedures, and supporting students and preceptors in the clinical environment. The role also involves strategic planning to expand clinical opportunities, budgeting for clinical operations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across relevant academic programs.
