Job description
Position: Logistics Administrator
Location: Saint-Urbain-Premier
Status: Permanent, 2 days remote + 3 days in-person
Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 depending on your experience
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, flexible hours

We are looking for a transport logistics clerk to handle all the administrative aspects of this role. The position is in-person, and we would like someone with experience in logistics or administration. Responsibilities
Working under the Logistics Supervisor, this Logistics Clerk is responsible for:

- Validate order requests and create order tickets for shipments
- Follows up with shipment information to regarding loading/unloading details and enter data to enter into system
- Enters the shipment data complies with accurate weights and other factors
- Processing freight and transport invoices
- Provides suppliers with shipment information details
- Responds quickly and effectively to emails, and provides excellent customer service to both suppliers and customers.

Qualifications
- Recent diploma in AEC Transport & Logistics, or 1 year in a similar role
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus
