Solicitor - Real Estate, Corporate and/or Estate Planning (2+ Years Call)

A respected full-service law firm in Kelowna is seeking a solicitor with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. Open to candidates with any solicitor experience that are willing to practice in real estate as part of their practice area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who is confident handling residential real estate transactions independently and is interested in gradually expanding into corporate and estate planning work within a collaborative and mentorship-driven environment.

The role offers a strong foundation in residential real estate, combined with the ability to broaden your solicitor-side practice over time while working alongside experienced senior lawyers.
Salary range: $90,000–$135,000, depending on experience and year of call, plus a contractual bonus structure of 35% of collections exceeding 2.95x salary.
