Job description
Le Groupe Transbus est présentement à la recherche de chauffeurs d’autobus urbain pour sa division du transport en commun d’EXO secteur de la Presqu’île à notre division de Vaudreuil-Dorion . Pour promouvoir le transport collectif et partager votre quotidien avec le public, le Groupe Transbus vous offre des conditions de travail concurrentielles. Principales tâches – Effectuer la ronde de sécurité selon les normes établies; – Effectuer le transport conformément aux assignations en vigueur, à la demande d’EXO secteur de la Presqu’île; – Assurer le transport des usagers en toute sécurité, à bord d’autobus urbain ou d’autocar; – Effectuer des voyages nolisés en autocar (en haute saison et sur base volontaire). Profil recherché – Nous recherchons un candidat reconnu pour son autonomie et sa débrouillardise; – Orienté service client: patience, respect et courtoisie; – Qui adhère aux valeurs de loyauté, de solidarité, de et de transparence; – Avec un sens des responsabilités développé. Compétences recherchées – Permis de conduire valide de classe 1 ou 2 (mention F) ou 4B ou en processus d’obtention; – Excellent dossier de conduite, soit un maximum de 4 points d’inaptitude; – Expérience de conduite d’autobus, un atout; – Expérience en service à la clientèle, très important, puisque l’expérience client sera au cœur de votre mandat. Conditions offertes – Environnement de travail stimulant; – Horaire variable (entre 20 et 40 heures par semaine ou plus selon les besoins opérationnels); – Horaire de travail de jour et/ou de soir, cédulé une semaine à l’avance; – Uniformes fournis; Bienvenue aux retraités et/ou aux nouveaux conducteurs !
