Digital Product Owner

A career as a Digital Product Owner at National Bank means being an active member of the digital team by working with the Digital Experience Manager (Digital Product Manager) to ensure your product theme is successful. • Act as a Product Owner in agile mode for complex projects that translate into technical features within the Digital Studio.
• Work with the Digital experience Leader to deliver strategic initiatives and contribute to the solution development roadmap.
• Develop, manage and prioritise the backlog based on business value and the impact of initiatives.
• Analyze major issues, assess the impact on the Bank and identify innovative solutions
• Make sure the technical teams understand the acceptance criteria and expected deliverables.
• Pilot projects in a multidisciplinary team while keeping a focus on client value and the Bank's contribution, both in terms of business and technology.
• Make continuous improvements to optimise products and meet current and future needs.

Your team

In the Personal Banking Digital sector, you will be part of a large team of around 10 colleagues and report to the Senior Manager - Digital, who is responsible for owners of digital transaction products. Our team stands out for its interest in deploying easy-to-use features tailored to our clients' needs.

Prerequisites

• More than 7 years of experience in delivering solutions as a product owner
• Knowledge of the digital products industry, both in terms of the web and mobile channels
• Comfortable evolving in a complex technological universe undergoing constant transformation
• Solid knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or equivalent.
• Written and verbal communication skills and excellent stakeholder management.
