As a Partner, you will combine technical excellence, business leadership, and strategic client engagement to drive growth, mentor future leaders, and shape the future of Site Investigation and Remediation services across multiple industries.

Why This Role Matters? Environmental liabilities are a part of almost every organization's asset portfolio and balance sheet, creating regulatory, technical, and social complexities that can heighten risk and impact asset value. Throughout an asset's lifecycle, ERM helps clients manage these risks through strategic approaches, digital applications, and best-fit technical methods that identify, assess, and manage environmental liabilities.

Through cross-functional strategic engagement, we work to transform environmental liabilities and legacy assets into risk-adjusted portfolios that support favorable outcomes, sustainability goals, and social acceptance.

Portfolio risk management for emerging issues such as new contaminants, regulatory changes, and stakeholder concerns.

With annual global sales exceeding $400 million, the SIR service area continues to be ERM's largest global service area within a business that has a history of annual double-digit growth. ERM's collaborative global model provides access to leading technical specialists, remediation technology experts, and innovative solutions including thermal remediation, abiotic reduction, and green and sustainable remediation technologies.

As an ERM Partner, you will benefit from:
