We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst in Ontario, Canada, with a strong business acumen in the Finance domain.
Ideal candidates boast a minimum of 5 years of hands-on expertise in one or more of these fields, are proficient in both English and French to facilitate seamless communication and have a proven track record of excelling in a consultant role.

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and user needs to identify solutions and improvements.
- Create and maintain detailed functional and non-functional requirement documents, user stories, and use cases.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between business requirements and current systems.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and timely issue resolution.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions, offering insights to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Perform quality assurance testing to validate that the software meets specified requirements and functions as intended.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
- Provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams during the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze user feedback and system performance data to recommend continuous improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the software solutions align with current standards.
- Act as a super user of IFS within their specific domain for business processes, systems, and software functionality.
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new software features.
- When required, assist in the project planning, estimation, and risk management activities associated with projects of moderate complexity and budget.
MUST Have :
