We are seeking an experienced Workplace Coach / Technical Instructor - Aerospace to join our client's Human Resources and Learning & Development team. This role is responsible for developing, coaching, and mentoring apprentices while supporting workforce development within a regulated aerospace maintenance environment.
Working collaboratively with supervisors, crew leads, and production teams, the successful candidate will help design and implement structured learning pathways for apprentices across multiple aviation maintenance disciplines. This individual will ensure apprentices receive high-quality technical training, meaningful hands-on experience, and ongoing coaching to develop the knowledge and competencies required for long-term success.
In addition to apprenticeship development, the Workplace Coach / Technical Instructor delivers technical and workplace skills training, evaluates employee progress, supports performance development, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.

Location: Abbotsford, BC
Shift: Mon-Fri- 7am-3:30pm
Pay Range: $80,000-$95,000
