Knowledge and experience in inclusive education and mental health in schools. A fundamental belief that all learners can achieve at a high level. Demonstrated effective leadership during critical incidents and other stressful conditions. Have knowledge of and experience with training, delivery and leading initiatives pertaining to Trauma Informed Practice in support of students. The knowledge and ability to guide staff and students with differentiated learning strategies. The ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues pertaining to students and staff.
