En tant que conseiller(-ère) aux opérations d’épargne, vous assurerez la planification, la coordination et le suivi des activités de la direction des Nouvelles affaires et fonds externes, tout en veillant à l’atteinte des objectifs de performance, de qualité et d’efficacité opérationnelle. Vous contribuerez activement au développement de la direction, à l’amélioration des pratiques de travail et à la réalisation de projets structurants. Vous superviserez les activités de l’équipe administrative, ajusterez les priorités en fonction des besoins et agirez à titre de personne-ressource auprès des différents réseaux de vente afin d’assurer un service rigoureux, cohérent et axé sur les résultats.
