Job Summary
As a Mixed-Methods Research Specialist II, you will shape our AI-powered sign language products, from conception to how they learn from the real world — connecting user experience, behavioral data, and model evaluation into a unified learning system. Your work will directly influence product decisions, model quality, and user trust for Deaf and Hard-of-hearing communities.
This position designs, implements, and manages research projects that integrate both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to provide comprehensive insights.

Education
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a related field
Experience
6 Years of applied research experience in product or technology environments with a strong background in qualitative research (moderated + unmoderated), survey design and analysis, and basic behavioral or product analytics
