About The Role:

We are currently seeking a Pricing, Promotions, and Commercial Planning Specialist. This is an in‑office role based at the company Office, 5 days per week. Reporting into the commercial planning function, this role supports promotion planning, pricing execution, and post‑promotion analysis across Direct‑to‑Consumer channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working cross‑functionally to ensure promotions are executed accurately, on time, and with clear performance tracking.

What you’re responsible for:

• Collaborate with the sales and commercial planning manager to ensure seamless submission of all promotion requests, strictly adhering to established processes and approval protocols
• Systematically organize all required documentation for promotion requests (including Promotional ROI documents) and maintain a structured log of all promotions
• Develop and maintain a real‑time “price discount” tracker to monitor promotional expenditures and support P&L simulations
• Oversee pricing for all products on company eCommerce, tracking and implementing pricing changes in close collaboration with other teams
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, product management, and platform teams) to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities across Company.com, Company Exclusive Stores, and Company B2B eCommerce
• Facilitate communication with the legal team to secure required approvals for promotions and marketing messages ahead of go‑live dates
• Conduct thorough post‑mortem analyses of promotions and events, mapping results and extracting actionable insights on promotional effectiveness

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience supporting pricing, promotions, or commercial planning (preferably in retail, eCommerce, or consumer electronics)
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with trackers, logs, and performance data
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
