Runners International, home of the GUILTY brand, is looking for a hands-on Product Development Coordinator to join our women's apparel team.
This role works closely with our designers, production team, management, and overseas factories. We are looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Responsibilities
- Review garment samples for fit, quality, construction, measurements, and overall appearance.
- Communicate daily with overseas factories regarding samples, fit comments, approvals, and follow-up.
- Measure garments against specifications and record results accurately.
- Participate in fit sessions and prepare clear fit comments.
- Prepare and update spec sheets, Tech Packs, and product development records.
- Assist with technical sketches and revisions using Adobe Illustrator.
- Track samples, approvals, timelines, and development deadlines.
- Work with the design and production teams to solve issues and keep products moving.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in women's apparel product development, technical design, QC, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of woven and knit garment construction.
- Experience with fit, samples, specs, and overseas factory communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
