Job descriptionAbout the Role We're looking for an Integrated Producer to help bring creative ideas to life from concept through execution across commercial and branded campaigns. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy, creative, and production, keeping projects on track, on budget, and true to the creative vision, while building trusted relationships with clients, directors, and production partners along the way. This role suits someone who has grown up through the ranks of agency production or in-house production — from coordinator to producer — and is ready to own projects end-to-end. What You'll Do - Lead integrated production across multiple concurrent campaigns, from initial concept through final delivery - Partner closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to scope projects and shape realistic, ambitious production plans - Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor/partner relationships (production companies, directors, photographers, editors, post houses) - Scope, schedule and coordinate both video and photography productions - Line produce small productions — building and managing detailed budgets, schedules, and crew/gear logistics for self-shot or small-crew shoots from pre-pro through wrap - Coordinate cross-functional workflows across broadcast, digital, social, and branded content - Anticipate risks and solve problems before they become fire drills - Ensure creative quality and brand standards are upheld at every stage of execution What We're Looking For - 3-5+ years of production experience, with a trajectory that shows increasing ownership — e.g., production assistant or coordinator roles building into a producer title - Agency-side experience is a strong plus; comfort working within agency structures - A degree or background in media, communications, film, or a related field - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping details - Comfort line producing small-scale shoots directly — budgeting, crewing, scheduling, and being the on-set point person when a full production company isn't in the mix - Strong vendor and freelancer network, or demonstrated ability to build one quickly - Excellent communication skills — you can talk budgets with the account team and creative vision with a director in the same afternoon - A calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure; production rarely goes exactly to plan, and we need someone who adapts in real time Nice to Haves - Experience producing across both traditional (broadcast/OOH) and digital/social-first formats - Familiarity with integrated or "creator-led" branded content production - Prior experience at a branded content studio, production company, or in-house agency production team Why Crew We're a team that believes great production is invisible when it's working; the ideas shine, the trains run on time, and everyone from client to crew feels taken care of. If you're the person who gets energy from turning a chaotic brief into a flawless shoot day, we want to talk to you. Compensation & Growth - Average base salary for this position starts between $70,000-80,000 annually - Fully Remote - Flexible Work Environment - Significant Growth Opportunities To apply: Please send your resume directly to apply@crewmp.com for our hiring team to review.
