As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how leaders and teams connect to our strategy, navigate change, and build a high‑performance, values‑driven culture. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders across multiple sites and functions, while also leading Talent & Organizational Development initiatives for North America and partnering with global teams to adapt programs to local needs.

In this strategic and hands‑on role, you will anticipate people‑related needs, diagnose organizational challenges, and design integrated solutions that strengthen leadership effectiveness, team engagement, and organizational capability.
