Junior Lawyer (1–4 Years' Call)

This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer eager to develop exceptional litigation skills through hands-on experience from the beginning of their career.

Working alongside experienced litigators, you will receive in-depth mentorship while assuming meaningful responsibility on a variety of files. You will attend discoveries, mediations, motions and trials, develop advocacy skills, and gain exposure to a wide variety of practice areas rarely available early in practice.

We are looking for someone who is curious, enjoys collaborating with others, and is committed to becoming an outstanding litigator. While experience in insurance defence is an asset, we are also accepting applications from lawyers with a genuine interest in learning this field.

Mid-Level Lawyer (5–9 Years' Call)

This position is designed for an ambitious litigator ready to elevate their practice.

You will manage your own files while working with senior counsel on complex litigation. Our lawyers are encouraged to develop specialized expertise, build lasting client relationships, and take increasing leadership within the firm.

Insurance defence experience is preferred but strong civil litigation experience will also be considered for exceptional candidates.

Senior Lawyer (10+ Years' Call)

We are seeking experienced litigators who are looking for a positive change in their career.

This is an opportunity to inherit a thriving practice, work with sophisticated insurers and institutional clients, and continue building a successful career within a collegial and supportive environment. You will handle significant litigation, mentor junior lawyers, and play an important role in the continued growth of the firm while maintaining autonomy to cultivate and expand your own practice.

Insurance defence experience is a significant asset, particularly in personal injury litigation.
