Role Description The Project Manager role at AIIA-oi is a full-time, remote position responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. Day-to-day activities include defining project scope and objectives, developing schedules, coordinating resources, and managing deliverables to meet agreed timelines and quality standards. The Project Manager will monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders through regular status updates and documentation. This role also involves coordinating expediting activities, inspection schedules, and logistics to ensure materials, services, and information flow smoothly. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings, and support continuous improvement of project processes and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure on-time completion of project tasks.
  • Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to coordinate and review quality checks, compliance activities, and technical documentation.
  • Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee material flow, scheduling, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.
  • Candidates should have excellent organizational and time management abilities, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms, and be comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
  • Candidates should bring effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, operations, engineering, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
