This is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. The Job Title will provide personalized support to prospective and current students, guiding them through admission, immigration, and study-related processes. Typical responsibilities include meeting with students to understand their goals, explaining Canadian education and immigration pathways, gathering and reviewing required documents, and coordinating with licensed consultants to prepare applications. The role involves maintaining accurate records, responding to student inquiries via email, phone, and in person, and sharing information about services and updates through approved communication channels. The Job Title will also collaborate with internal team members to improve processes, support outreach initiatives, and ensure a professional, inclusive, and client-centered experience.
