Job description
Elevate your career with Home Hardware as an IT Business Solutions Manager, where technology meets strategy in a hybrid environment. Lead impactful IT initiatives that drive operational performance across our key business units. In this leadership role, you will guide the technological direction for Inventory Planning, EDI, and Merchandising, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable IT solutions. Your experience in project delivery and systems support will be vital as you ensure the reliability and improvement of existing systems while managing new initiatives. A blend of leadership and collaboration will be essential as you work closely with teams and vendors to align solutions with business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage technology solution delivery for business units • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and priorities • Oversee system enhancements, software implementations, and integrations • Mentor and coach technical teams for project success • Manage vendor performance and contracts Requirements: • Ten years of IT experience, including three years in leadership • Proven success in delivering impactful technology solutions • Strong communication skills for engaging senior leadership • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other platforms • Ability to work onsite three days a week in St. Jacobs Shape the future of IT solutions in retail at Home Hardware while enhancing operational efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
