The Proposal Manager is responsible for leading the preparation, coordination, and submission of winning proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and design-build pursuits formercial construction projects. Working closely with operations, pre-construction, estimating, and business development teams, this role developspelling proposal strategies, manages submission schedules, gathers technical content, and ensures all proposals are delivered accurately, professionally, and on time. The Proposal Manager plays a key role in supporting new business opportunities, maintaining proposal databases, and enhancing thepany's overall pursuit and branding efforts.
